Our RV park is walking distance from a boat launch and includes access to a 500-foot private fishing pier and a Texas-sized swimming pool. St. Charles Bay RV Park has been in business more than forty years.

New ownership brings sixty years of family-owned business experience in Rockport. We want to help make your time on the coast wonderful, whether you’re here for a weekend, a season, or many years.

Some of us know that BYOB stands for Bring Your Own Boat, and use it to fish on the Gulf. For those of us unfortunately left boatless, sailboat tours and fishing guides will have to suffice. Ask us for suggestions for local guides and tours!

St. Charles Bay RV Park exceeded all our expectations. The pristine swimming pool offered a fantastic way to relax and cool down, and the well-maintained laundry facilities were a convenient amenity.

We spent memorable hours fishing on the pier, enjoying the stunning views of the Texas coast. The park’s friendly community, combined with its proximity to delectable restaurants and thrilling coastal adventures on Padre Island, made our stay absolutely perfect.

See the USS Lexington Museum. The ship is the world’s oldest aircraft carrier and serves as a museum with daily tours.

Historic Fulton Mansion

George and Harriet Fulton built their dream house on the Texas coast in the late 1800s. This historic landmark is a must-see! The home is now a museum and has been restored and fitted with a loving exhibition of the decades-long restoration process that continues today.

Padre Island National Seashore

Warm water, gentle waves, dunes, camping, swimming, fishing, wildlife: Padre Island is a National Park with good reason. The Ferry from Aransas Pass to the island runs 24/7, or take the bridge from Corpus Christi.
